Alandis Media reserves the right to update, alter or delete information on our websites, and can even restrict or prohibit access to this information.

Alandis Media is not liable for the veracity of information provided by businesses that offer their products on our websites, and thus will not be held at all responsible for damages that may be caused by those businesses and/or the products advertised.

Intellectual property rights on webpage design,contents, brand, logos related to our websites (except for those belonging to third parties or advertisers), viewing architecture, source codes, programming and any other distinctive elements, are the sole property of Alandis Media. They have been registered at the Sánchez Prat-Sorribes Notary in Barcelona and are legally protected as an intellectual creation under articles 12 and 96 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law, and under article 10 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, dated April 12th, approving the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law, which normalizes, clarifies and harmonizes current legal regulations on this issue. Said text clearly states that “All original creations are intellectual properties, whether literary, artistic or scientific, no matter what means or medium they are expressed through: tangible or non tangible, currently known or invented in the future...”. They have also been registered at the Intellectual Property Registry.

Alandis Media prohibits transforming, commercializing, distributing or reproducing any of its pages, contents, photos, designs, models, third parties contents,etc. Violation of this may be subject to any judicial or extra-judicial actions deemed appropriate in exercising their rights. Information provided by businesses that the users have access to may be protected under industrial property, intellectual property or other rights. Under no circumstances will Alandis Media be liable for any violations of those rights that may be committed by the users.

Alandis Media does not collect information about it's users while they are surfing in any of their websites network.. Alandis Media websites logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

The Alandis Media e-commerce solution does not collect personal information. All personal information concerning a purchase made to a merchant that uses our e-commerce solution is processed by PAYPAL and we respect their privacy policy (see here)

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

Spam Policy

Alandis Media has a strong policy against spam and takes every complaint very serious.

Alandis Media does not endorse, encourage, or support unsolicited commercial email or other deceptive marketing techniques. Via our custom branded marketing systems, we have a large number of legitimate affiliates and partners who use our software to promote our websites and we treat any complaints with the utmost concern.

Our affiliates are strictly prohibited from sending SPAM or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email); affiliates are only permitted to send email advertising to opt-in lists. We do not permit our affiliates to blindly harvest email addresses from the Internet. Spam, simply put, is defined as the sending of commercial e-mail to an individual who has not requested it from the sender. It is a crime whose enforcement is backed by the law.

If you report an e-mail as spam you are accusing the sender of a crime which will be dealt with by AOMS, accordingly. Reporting an incident as spam should not be taken lightly or done in haste. It's a very real crime with very real consequences.

Please do not report something as spam if it is not really spam.
